Do I have to pay online when I book?
No. A booking request needs only your contact details, no card. The rental and the deposit are paid to the company at pick-up; the payment method is agreed with the company.
Can I cancel a booking for free?
Yes. Each company sets its free-cancellation window, never shorter than 24 hours before pick-up; the exact window is shown at checkout. There is no prepayment, so there is nothing to refund.
What is the minimum rental period?
Online booking is from 3 days; shorter rentals go through WhatsApp.
How do I list my cars on TripTopCar?
A rental company signs up on the page for owners, picks its city, adds its cars and receives every request in its dashboard. TripTopCar charges a 10% commission on the rental (delivery not counted).
